Right to withdraw from the contract (14 days)

In accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Serbia (Official Gazette of RS, no. 88/2021), as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without stating reasons, within 14 days from the day you took possession of the goods.

1. Withdrawal period

The withdrawal period is 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) took possession of the goods.

2. How to exercise the right to withdraw

To withdraw from the contract, you need to notify us before the expiration of the 14-day period. You can do this by:

• Filling out the Complaint Form on our website
• Sending an email to our address
• Sending a written statement by mail to our address

You can also use the withdrawal form located at the bottom of this page, but this is not mandatory.

3. Return of goods

After you notify us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods without delay, and no later than 14 days from the day you sent us the withdrawal notification. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer, unless we have agreed otherwise or if the goods are not in proper condition.

4. Refund

We will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method that is not the cheapest standard method), without delay, and no later than 14 days from the day we received the withdrawal notification. We will make the refund using the same payment method you used.

5. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal cannot be applied in the following cases:

• Goods made to order or clearly customized to the consumer's personal needs
• Goods that are perishable or have an expiring shelf life
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene, and that have been unsealed after delivery
• Digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, if the performance has begun with your prior express consent
